WA7V Site Status

Are you curious to know what happened to the system and all of the services at WA7V in May and June? Here's the scoop about the 23-day outage!
In the wee hours of the morning o要 May 19 (USA Pacific time), I departed from my home o要 an unprecedented 2-1/2 week vacation to the central US. My scheduled return o要 June 4 was to coincide with preparations and execution of our large-scale annual emergency exercise at my place of employment (see http://www.csepp.net/ ).
Unknown to me at the time, o要 the evening of May 18, all services running o要 this server at Walla Walla, Washington came to a grinding halt following a hard disk failure. Although configuration and dynamic data was backed up to a secondary drive, the backup drive was too small to hold the entire system, so it wasn't possible to boot from it. Because of the importance of the CSEPP exercise, I needed to put in extra time at work rather than immediately rebuild the server. In a nutshell, the machine is back o要line now with a current version operating system and some newer hardware. To my knowledge, all services are now operational, including the following:
